Kamato AS, a closely associated company of primary insider Helge Simonnes (board
member), has on 11 September 2025 purchased 11,501 shares at a price of NOK 6,89
per share.

After the transaction, Kamato AS holds 300,000 shares in HAV Group ASA. In
addition, Simonnes holds 16,566 shares in his own name.
