The Company informs about the operations carried out by persons with management responsibilities (directors or executives) and related persons, in application of the provisions of the regulations on Market Abuse, notifying the CNMV of these operations.

• The purchase transactions carried out by Nice & Green (N&G) on August 29 and September 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 8, and 9, 2025, accounted for less than 0.1% of the total number of N&G shares in Facephi. During that period, N&G did not sell any shares, and its participation in the total trading volume was below 2%.
