Oslo, 11 September 2025 - Chris Barkey, Chair of the board of Capsol
Technologies ASA ("Capsol"), has purchased 140,000 shares in Capsol yesterday
September 10, 2025, at an average price of NOK 7.4263 per share. The shares were
acquired on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Following this acquisition, Barkey has
140,000 shares in Capsol.
