SATS ASA: Disclosure of shareholding

10 September 2025: TG Nordic Invest ApS ("TG"), an entity owned by
TryghedsGruppen smba, has today sold 20,500,000 shares in SATS ASA (the
"Company"), representing 10.06% of the share capital and votes in the Company,
at a price of NOK 37.25 per share for a total transaction size of NOK 764
million (the "Transaction").

Following completion of the Transaction, TG will no longer hold any shares in
the Company.

ABG Sundal Collier ASA and SB1 Markets AS acted as joint bookrunners in
connection with the Transaction.

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
