OSLO BØRS – TRADING SUSPENSION

Reference is made to the announcement from Euronext Oslo Børs 27.06.2025
regarding the company's failure to comply with Euronext Oslo Børs Rule Book II
section 6.3.1 public disclosure of the half-yearly reports.

As a consequence of the above Euronext Oslo Børs has taken the decision to
implement a suspension of the trading of the company's bonds before market open
11.09.2025.
