OSLO BØRS – TRADING SUSPENSION

Reference is made to the announcements from Euronext Oslo Børs 02.05.2025 and
03.09.2025 regarding the company's failure to comply with Euronext Oslo Børs
Rule Book II section 4.3.1 public disclosure of annual reports and half-yearly
reports.

As a consequence of the above Euronext Oslo Børs has taken the decision to
implement a suspension of the trading of the company's shares before market open
11.09.2025.
