Pexip Holding ASA ("Pexip" or "The Company", Oslo Børs Ticker: PEXIP) has been
notified that Patricia Auseth, Chief Marketing Officer and primary insider in
Pexip yesterday, 3 September 2025, has purchased 1417 shares in Pexip for an
average price of NOK 63.40 per share.

After the transaction, Auseth will hold 90,161 shares and rights to 185,000
shares.
