NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR HOLDINGS

On 2 September 2025, Glazer Capital, LLC (the "Manager") acquired 481,193 shares
in Shelf Drilling, LTD (ticker SHLF NO) (the "Company"), resulting in the
Manager exceeding above the 5% reportable threshold of the voting rights and
share capital in the Company.

Following the acquisition, Glazer Capital, LLC, together with and through its
management of its funds and managed accounts, none of which individually exceeds
the reporting threshold, controls a total of 13,270,218 shares through voting
rights and financial instruments with similar economic effect, corresponding to
5.1758% of the votes and shares outstanding.

Securities Trading Act.
