Reference is made to the announcement by Ensurge Micropower ASA (the "Company")
on 29 August 2025, whereby the Board of Directors resolved to grant a total of
30,687,311 incentive subscription rights to Shauna McIntyre, CEO of the Company.
The grant was made under the Company's 2025 Incentive Subscription Rights Plan.

Subscription has taken place today, on 3 September 2025. Please see the enclosed
