Saga Pure ASA - New share capital registered

Oslo, Norway, 2 September 2025

Saga Pure ASA (SAGA) (the "Company") refers to the stock exchange announcements
in connection with the private placement (the "Private Placement") of 90,000,000
new shares in the Company (the "New Shares").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issue of the New Shares is today
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw.
Foretaksregisteret). The Company's new share capital is NOK 5,748,784.23,
divided into 574,878,423 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.01.

Following registration of the New Shares in the Norwegian Central Securities
Depository (VPS), the New Shares will be delivered and listed on Oslo Børs.
