Saga Pure ASA - Mandatory notification of trade

Saga Pure ASA (SAGA) (the Company) has been notified that Øystein Stray
Spetalen, a person discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMR) of the
Company, has transferred all his shares in the Company, and all his shares in
Ferncliff Holding AS, which indirectly owns shares in the Company through the
wholly controlled subsidiary Tycoon Industrier AS, as equal (50/50) gifts to Sss
AS and Jss Capital Management AS, owned by Sophie Stray Spetalen and Jenny Stray
Spetalen, respectively.
