Bulk Industrial Real Estate, a subsidiary of Bulk Infrastructure Group,
specializes in the planning, development, construction and operation of
warehousing, logistics, and industrial properties in strategic locations.
Bulk Industrial Real Estate is considering the sale of a significant portfolio
of its fully developed income-producing industrial real estate assets under its
management. The majority of the portfolio consists of assets designed and built
by Bulk´s market leading principles of flexibility, efficiency and
sustainability, but also consists of assets that are acquired and optimized
under its active asset management. Stabilized asset sales are a regular part of
the Group’s business, recycling capital to support further development of its
land bank and other growth initiatives.
The company will initiate a structured process to assess potential transactions
and will provide updates as appropriate. There can be no certainty that any
transaction will be completed. CBRE is engaged as an advisor in this process.
