Bonheur ASA (the "Company") has mandated DNB Carnegie and Pareto Securities as
Joint Lead Managers to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings
commencing on 2 September 2025. A NOK denominated 5-year senior unsecured green
bond issue may follow, subject to, inter alia, market conditions.
