Hans Erik Robbestad, Board Member in Omda AS, has today acquired 4,245 shares in
Omda AS at an average price of NOK 49.84 per share. The shares were acquired
through Ipec AS, a company controlled by Mr. Robbestad. Following the
transaction, Mr. Robbestad controls 279,378 shares in Omda AS.
