Zalaris ASA: Strongest Q2 on Record - Continued Organic Growth Momentum

Zalaris ASA (OSE:ZAL) reported record Q2 revenue of NOK 362 million and adjusted
EBIT of NOK 44 million for Q2 2025.

Reported revenue for the quarter was NOK 361.9 million, up 12.0% from NOK 323.2
million in the same quarter last year.

Adjusted EBIT* increased by 55% to NOK 43.9 million, corresponding to a 12.1%
margin for the quarter.

The reported EBIT ended at NOK 36.6 million compared to NOK 12.3 million last
year.

Net cash flow from operating activities rose by NOK 43.5 million to NOK 61.9
million from NOK 18.4 million last year.
