Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has today reduced the share capital through
cancellation of 1,323,633 own Class A shares and 906,367 own Class B shares.
After the capital reduction, the company has 42,350,000 shares divided into
32,676,367 Class A shares and 9,673,633 Class B shares.
Tallyman AS is the largest shareholder in Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA with a
total shareholding of 23,065,774 shares, split on 20,784,730 A-shares and
2,281,044 B-shares. Due to the reduction in share capital the total ownership of
Tallyman AS in Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA has increased from 51.74% to
54,46%, the ownership of A-shares has increased from 61.13% to 63,61%, and the
ownership of B-shares has increased from 21.56% to 23,58%.
Primary insider Thomas Wilhelmsen is the controlling shareholder in Tallyman AS.
Outside Tallyman AS, Thomas Wilhelmsen and close associates owns or controls 56
860 shares in Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA, split on 49 794 A-shares and 7 066
B-shares. This is a reduction of 100 B-shares from the announcement on 7
September 2021 due to one child coming of age.
Following the above two changes, Thomas Wilhelmsen and associates owns or
controls 20,834,524 A-shares and 2,288,110 B-shares in Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding
ASA. This represents 54,60% of total shares and 63,76% of voting stock.
