The Annual General Meeting of Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA on 30 April 2025
resolved to reduce the share capital by NOK 44,000,000, from NOK 891 600 000 to
NOK 847,000,000, through cancellation of 1,323,633 own Class A shares
denominated NOK 20 per share and cancellation of 906,367 own Class B shares
denominated NOK 20 per share.
The resolution was published by the Register of Business Enterprises on 5 May,
whereafter followed a six-week creditor notice period. The creditor period has
now passed with no objections. The share capital reduction was registered as
completed with the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises today.
The share capital after the capital reduction amounts to NOK 847,000,000 divided
into 32,676,367 Class A shares and 9,673,633 Class B shares, making a total of
42,350,000 shares of NOK 20.
