Fixed income investor meetings and potential tap issue

Athens, Greece, 29 August 2025: Contships Logistics Corp. (the "Company") has
mandated Arctic Securities and Fearnley Securities as Joint Bookrunners to
arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing on Monday, 1
September 2025.

A tap issue in the Company's senior unsecured sustainability-linked bond due 11
February 2030 (ISIN: NO0013470559) may follow, subject to inter alia market
conditions.

The net proceeds from the contemplated tap issue shall be applied towards
general corporate purposes of the Group, which may include refinancing of
existing financial indebtedness and acquisition of maritime assets.
