Van Lanschot Kempen nominates Robert Swaak as Member of the Supervisory Board

Van Lanschot Kempen nominates Robert Swaak for appointment as a member of the Supervisory Board. In connection with this nomination, an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) will be held in Amsterdam on 16 October 2025 at 15:00 CET. DNB has approved the appointment. 

Robert Swaak served as Chair of the Executive Board of ABN AMRO from 2020 until April 2025. Prior to that, he worked for more than 25 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), including Global Relationship Partner, Vice Chairman Global Clients & Markets and CEO of PwC in The Netherlands 

Frans Blom, Chair of the Supervisory Board, said: “We are delighted to nominate Robert. He has wide-ranging managerial experience in the financial sector, both in the Netherlands and internationally. He also possesses in-depth expertise in financial reporting and audit. In addition, he is committed, as a supervisor, to various social and cultural organisations. We expect that Robert will make a significant contribution to the further development of Van Lanschot Kempen as an independent, specialist wealth manager with a clear long-term focus, and we look forward to working with him.”
