Awilco AS, a company closely related to board members Jens-Julius R. Nygaard and
Cathrine Haavind, has on 28 August 2025 acquired 350,000 shares in Integrated
Wind Solutions ASA at a price of NOK 46,40 per share.

After this transaction, Awilco AS owns 15,780,999 shares in Integrated Wind
Solutions ASA which corresponds to 39,50% of the total outstanding shares in the
Company.
