Reference is made to the stock exchange notice dated 28 August 2025 regarding
the successful issuance and buy-back of bonds.
The first tranche has been increased by NOK 50 million, bringing the total to
NOK 850 million.
In connection with the transaction, Entra ASA has bought back an additional NOK
48 million in ENTRA64 with ISIN NO0011094625, bringing the total buy-back to NOK
814 million. The outstanding volume after the buy-back is NOK 1,486 million.
DNB Carnegie acted as Sole Manager for the transactions.
