B2 Impact ASA: Disclosure of large shareholding

Reference is made to the announcement made by Nevedal Invest AS ("Nevedal
Invest") on 14 May 2025 regarding the conditional agreement to acquire
52,913,000 shares in B2 Impact ASA (the "Transaction").

Nevedal Invest has now received regulatory approval from the Financial
Supervisory Authority of Norway and will proceed to complete the Transaction.
The Transaction is expected to be completed in two tranches, and an update
will be provided once said tranches are completed. Following completion of the
Transaction, Nevedal Invest will hold 89,740,738 shares, equal to
approximately 24.27% of the total shares and votes.

This disclosure is made pursuant to Section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
