Share capital increase from the exercise of warrants

COPENHAGEN, Denmark, 27 August 2025 – Napatech (OSLO: NAPA.OL)

Reference is made to the company announcement dated 26 August 2025. In
connection with the exercise of warrants, and pursuant to section 32 of the
Danish Capital Markets Act, it is hereby announced that the share capital
increase related to the exercise of warrants has now been registered with the
Danish Business Authority.

Accordingly, the total nominal value of Napatech A/S’ share capital after the
capital increase is DKK 27,526,370, divided into 110,105,480 shares of a nominal
value of DKK 0,25 each, corresponding to 110,105,480 votes.
