There has been a change in the Board of Directors of Hawk Infinity Software AS
where Jon Erik Reinhardsen has been appointed Board Member. Johan Michelsen
remains Chairman of the Board. The addition of Jon Erik Reinhardsen is most
welcome with his extensive board and executive experience from companies such as
Equinor ASA and Telenor ASA.

Hawk Infinity AS, the parent company of Hawk Infinity Software AS, has
experienced growing interest from the investor community. The company is
evaluating a potential equity capital raise to further accelerate its growth
strategy. SEB has been engaged as financial advisor to explore investor appetite
for the contemplated transaction, which is intended to support a well-advanced
pipeline of value-accretive acquisition opportunities and a gradual financial
de-leveraging of the group. Additional details regarding the process will be
