COMPANY UPDATE – AUDITOR CHANGE
26 Aug 2025 16:40 CEST
Issuer
Hynion AS
As previously communicated to the market, Hynion AS has been in a highly
challenging financial situation for an extended period. Following the election
of a new board on July 25th, the company has been in continuous dialogue with
its auditor, Plus Revisjon AS.
While Plus Revisjon has expressed support for the board’s plans and vision –
including a proposed restructuring and reorganization of Hynion, which will be
presented to the market in due course – the company has been unable to reach a
resolution regarding certain historical payments owed to Plus Revisjon.
As a result, Plus Revisjon has informed Hynion that they will not continue as
the company’s auditor.
The board is currently in dialogue with other audit firms and expects to have a
new auditor in place shortly.
