Oslo, 25 August 2025 - Hans Chistian Anderson has informed Green Minerals as
(the Company") that he has decided to resign from his position as a member of
the Board of Directors for personal reasons, effective immediately.

The Chairman of the Board Ståle Rodahl, expressed his gratitude to Mr Anderson
for his contribution to Green Minerals over the last few years. To this end, Mr
Hans Jan Anderson, owner of Anderson Invest as, the second largest shareholder
in the Company, will join the Board of Directors as an observer with the intent
of becoming a Director at the next AGM.
