York Tactical Energy Fund AIV-AN, LP has on 17 July sold 250,556 shares in
Bluenord ASA ("Bluenord"). Following the sale, York Tactical Energy Fund AIV-AN,
LP and York Tactical Energy Fund LP (collectively managed by York Capital
Management Global Advisors, LLC) own a total of 1,249,949 shares in Bluenord
which represents 4.71 % of Bluenord's issued shares and voting rights (based on
26,498,640 shares issued by Bluenord). This disclosure is made pursuant to
section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act and is subject to the
disclosure requirement pursuant to section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act.
