Xplora partner HMD Global launches first phone with Xplora platform and Guardian Service

Xplora's partner HMD Global has now launched the HMD Fuse smartphone for
children exclusively with Vodafone in the UK. This is the first HMD product to
be launched under a new agreement enabling HMD to license the Xplora platform
and Guardian Service across a range of its mobile products.

Xplora announced the expansion of its partnership with HMD Global on the
presentation of its financial results for the second quarter 2025 earlier in
August. The new agreement marks an important step beyond the
direct-to-consumer D2C business model and opens a B2B revenue opportunity by
enabling partners to offer safer, smarter devices powered by the Xplora family
IoT platform.

The HMD Fuse will be available both through Vodafone UK's retail stores and
online from Vodafone.co.uk/family.
