Spotlio AS - Changes to the financial calendar

(Oslo, 21 August 2025) Reference is made to the announcement by Spotlio AS (the
"Company") on 27 May 2025 regarding the Company's current financial calendar.
Further reference is made to the announcement by Euronext Oslo Børs on 20 June
2025 regarding the removal of the Company's shares from trading on Euronext
Growth Oslo, with effect from 19 September 2025.

Due to the removal of the Company's shares from trading on Euronext Oslo Børs,
the Company's quarterly report for Q1 2025 (scheduled to be published on 18
September 2025), will not be published. Further, the reports scheduled to be
published following the date of the delisting of the Company's shares (19
September 2025) will not be published through the Oslo Børs disclosure system.

The Company's updated financial calendar is amended accordingly and, in
addition, the dates relating to the Company's Annual Report and Annual General
Meeting are amended as disclosed below:

Financial year 2025/26
15.09.25 - Annual General Meeting
