BEWI ASA: Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements made by BEWI ASA ("BEWI"
or the "Company") on 20 August 2025 (the "Announcements") regarding the
successful private placement raising gross proceeds of approximately NOK 896
million, equivalent to EUR 75 million (the "Private Placement"), through
issuance of new shares (the "Offer Shares") at NOK 20.00 per Offer Share (the
"Offer Price"), and a potential subsequent repair offering (the "Subsequent
Offering").
BEWI hereby calls for an extraordinary general meeting to be held on Thursday 11
September 2025 at 13:30 CEST in relation to the Private Placement and the
Subsequent Offering. The notice of the general meeting, including the board of
directors' proposed resolutions and the notice of attendance and proxy form, are
attached to this notice.
The general meeting will be held as a physical meeting at the offices of Wikborg
Rein Advokatfirma AS, Dronning Mauds gate 11, 0250 Oslo, Norway. Shareholders
are encouraged to attend the meeting digitally, and to cast their votes in
advance or grant a proxy. See further details in the attached notice.
