Reference is made to Xplora Technologies AS' ("Xplora" or the "Company") stock
exchange announcement published on 15 August 2025 regarding the issue of new
shares following the exercise of share options in the Company.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of 239,610 new shares in
the Company has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business
Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret).
The new share capital of the Company is NOK 179,409.588, divided into
44,852,397 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.004. Each share carries one
vote.
Following registration of the new shares in the Norwegian Central Securities
Depository (VPS), the new shares will be delivered and listed on Euronext
Growth Oslo.
This information is subject to disclosure requirements in Regulation EU
596/2014 (MAR) article 19 no. 3 and the Norwegian Securities Trading Act
section 5-12.
