Oslo, 20 August 2025: An extraordinary general meeting of Spir Group ASA (the
"Company") will be held on Thursday 11 September at 11:00 (CEST) as a digital
meeting through Microsoft Teams.

The notice and agenda for the general meeting is attached hereto and is also
sent to the Company’s shareholders. The notice and its appendices are also made
available at the Company’s website https://spirgroup.com/investor-relations.

The general meeting will be held as a digital meeting through Microsoft Teams.
Shareholders are encouraged to cast their votes in advance or by granting a
proxy to the chair of the board with voting instructions. See further details in
the notice.
