Smartoptics Group ASA – Conversion to public limited liability company registered

Reference is made to the extraordinary general meeting in Smartoptics Group ASA
(the "Company") held on 23 May 2025, where it was resolved to convert the
Company to a public limited liability company. The conversion and corresponding
name change from Smartoptics Group AS to Smartoptics Group ASA has now been
registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
