B2 Impact ASA: Disclosure of voting rights

In connection with the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") in B2 Impact ASA
(the "Company") scheduled for 4 September 2025, the Chair of board, Ole
Grøterud, has received proxies without voting instructions representing
109,732,726 shares and votes, equal to approximately 29.78% of all issued
shares and votes. The proxies are valid only for the EGM.

In addition, Ole Grøterud owns 2,847,048 shares in the Company through his
related party Ranastongji AS. Accordingly, Ole Grøterud can therefore vote for
in total 112,579,774 shares in the Company at the EGM, equivalent to 30.55% of
the share capital.
