Scana ASA: CEO in Scana permanently appointed

Bergen, 19 August 2025: Scana ASA announces that the Board of Directors has
resolved to appoint Baste Tveito as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the company
on a permanent basis.

Baste Tveito has served as interim CEO of Scana ASA since 27th May 2025, and
prior to this, he served as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
