650 million tap issue of its outstanding senior unsecured bond with maturity in
March 2030 and with ticker “KIST12 PRO” (ISIN: NO0013512343) at 102.00 % of par.


Arctic Securities, DNB Carnegie and Fearnley Securities acted as joint
bookrunners in connection with the placement of the tap issue.
