Kistefos AS - Contemplated senior unsecured bond tap issue

19 August 2025 - Kistefos AS (“Kistefos”) has mandated Arctic Securities, DNB
Carnegie and Fearnley Securities as joint bookrunners to explore the possibility
of a potential tap issue of expected NOK 500 million in its outstanding senior
unsecured bond with maturity in March 2030 and with ticker “KIST12 PRO” (ISIN:
NO0013512343).

Net proceeds from the tap issue shall be applied towards general corporate
purposes.
