HAV Group ASA: Subsidiary secures contract for three navigation systems to Tersan Shipyard

Fosnavåg, 19 August 2025 – HAV Group’s energy design and smart control systems
business has signed a contract with Tersan Shipyard to supply three complete
“Raven” integrated navigation systems (INS), to be installed on three ferries
under construction at the yard.

Raven INS is NES’ integrated navigation platform. An integrated navigation
system (INS) combines radar, electronic chart display and information system
(ECDIS), autopilot/trackpilot, alarms, and relevant sensor data into a single
common user interface on the bridge. With INS, navigators have control and
situational awareness on the same screens, regardless of bridge layout.

In this contract, Raven INS will be delivered as a stand-alone solution without
a bridge console. Delivery and testing will start in the second half of 2026.
The total contract value for such a delivery is normally between NOK 10 and 15
million.

“Securing a stand-alone bridge system sale is an important milestone for us and
in line with the strategy we have pursued for some time,” says Siv Remøy-Vangen,
CEO of HAV Group’s energy design and smart control systems business.
The sale confirms that the investment in the in-house developed Raven INS
platform was the right choice, and that the market is demanding solutions that
are holistic, modern, and developed with the end user in mind.

HAV Group’s contracting party is Norwegian Electric Systems AS (NES).
