Ocean Yield AS ("Ocean Yield" or the "Company") has mandated Arctic Securities
and Nordea, as Joint Global Coordinators together with Danske Bank and DNB
Carnegie, as Joint Bookrunners to arrange a series of fixed income investor
meetings commencing today, Tuesday 19 August 2025.
A new USD denominated 5-year senior unsecured floating rate bond issue may
follow, subject to inter alia market conditions.
The proceeds from the potential bond issue are to be applied towards refinancing
of outstanding debt, to facilitate growth and for general corporate purposes.
In connection with the potential bond issue, Ocean Yield will offer a
conditional buyback of its outstanding bond with ticker OCY08 (ISIN
NO0012863804).
