Oslo, 18 August 2025 -- On 15 August 2025, Xplora Technologies AS ("Xplora" or
the "Company") announced a share buy-back program of up to NOK 10,000,000,
with a maximum of 100,000 shares for use in connection with Xplora's Employee
Share Purchase Program.
DNB Carnegie, a part of DNB Bank ASA, acting under the mandate from Xplora,
has carried out the following transaction under the buy-back program:

Following the completion of the above transaction, Xplora owns a total of
100,000 of own shares.
As the Company has reached the maximum amount permitted under this buy-back
program, the Company hereby ending the buy-back program for the purchase of
shares for use in connection with Xplora's Employee Share Purchase Program.
This is information that Xplora is obliged to make public pursuant to the EU
Market Abuse Regulation and that is subject to the disclosure requirements
pursuant to Section 5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
