Disclosure of large shareholding

Oslo, 18 August 2025, Notification of trade

Hemen Holding Limited ("Hemen") has today, 18 August 2025, sold 2,400,000 shares
in Avance Gas Holding Ltd ("Avance"). Following the sale, Hemen owns 25,741,955
shares in Avance which represents a total of 33.3 % of Avance's issued shares
and voting rights (based on 77,426,972 shares issued by Avance).

This disclosure is made pursuant to section 4-2 of the Norwegian Securities
Trading Act and is subject to the disclosure requirement pursuant to section
5-12 of the Norwegian Securities Trading Act.
