Norse Atlantic ASA: New share capital registered

Arendal, 15 August 2025: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement
published by Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") on 18 June 2025 regarding
completion of the Company's annual general meeting, at which the general meeting
resolved to decrease the Company's share capital by reduction of the nominal
value of the Company's shares.

The share capital decrease has now been registered with the Norwegian Register
of Business Enterprises:

Share capital: NOK 73,901,208.00

Total number: 147,802,416

Nominal value per share: NOK 0.50
