Buyback of shares related to share programmes for employees in Telenor Group and the executive compensation element completed

As announced in the stock exchange release on 23 May, Telenor entered into an
agreement with DNB Carnegie, a part of DNB Bank ASA (“DNB Carnegie”) to conduct
buyback of Telenor shares to be used in the company’s share programmes for
employees in Telenor Group and the executive compensation element in 2025.

In the second tranche, DNB Carnegie was mandated to acquire shares for up to NOK
12.6 million between 11 and 15 August 2025.

The second tranche of the share purchase has now been executed.
