Vegfinans Innlandet AS - Successful NOK bond issuance

Vegfinans Innlandet AS has today issued NOK 1,200 million in a new 5-year bond
issue with a coupon of 3 months Nibor + 0.47 % p.a.

The new bond will have guarantee (selvskyldnergaranti) from Innlandet County
Municipality.

The net proceeds will be used for financing and refinancing of projects in the
region.

Settlement date is set to 20 August 2025 and the new bond issue will be applied
for listing at Nordic ABM.

DNB Carnegie and SpareBank 1 Markets acted as Joint Lead Managers.
