Vegfinans Innlandet AS (issuer rating AA, stable by Scope Ratings) has mandated
DNB Carnegie and SpareBank 1 Markets as Joint Lead Managers to explore the
possibility of issuing a NOK-denominated bond with an expected tenor of 5 years
and volume of up to NOK 1,000 million. The contemplated transaction will be
subject to market conditions. The new bond will be guaranteed by Innlandet
County Municipality (AAA, stable by Scope Ratings).
The net proceeds will be used for financing and refinancing of projects in the
region. The bond is expected to receive a bond rating of AAA by Scope Ratings.
