Sandnes, Norway, 12 August 2025: The extraordinary general meeting of Vår Energi
ASA (the "Company") (OSE: VAR) was held today, 12 August 2025, at 15:00 (CEST).
The meeting was held as a digital event.

In accordance with the proposals made by the Board of directors, the general
meeting approved a dividend of NOK 1.222 per share, NOK 3,050,608,433 in total,
equivalent to USD 300 million, relating to Q2 2025.

CEST
