PROTECTOR FORSIKRING ASA – SUCCESSFUL PLACEMENT OF NEW TIER 2 BOND ISSUE

Protector Forsikring ASA, rated A- (Excellent) with Stable outlook from AM Best,
has today successfully issued a new NOK 500,000,000 Solvency II compliant Tier 2
bond with maturity date 26 August 2055 pricing at 3m NIBOR + 185bps. First call
date will be on 26 November 2030, 5.25 years after the settlement date.

Settlement date for the new issue is expected to be 26 August 2025.

The new tier 2 bond issue will be applied for listing at Oslo Børs.



Nordea acted as Sole Managers for the transaction.
