Director/ PDMR Shareholding

Zenith Energy Ltd. ("Zenith" or the "Company") (LSE: ZEN; OSE: ZENA), the listed
international energy production and development company, is pleased to announce
that its Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Luca Benedetto, has advised the Company
that he has purchased a total of 633,000 common shares in the Capital of the
Company of no par value (“Common Shares”) at a total average price of NOK 0.51
per Common Share.

Following the purchase, Mr. Benedetto is directly beneficially interested in a
total of 14,642,330 Common Shares in the capital of the Company, representing
2.91 per cent of the total issued and outstanding common share capital of the
Company.
