Clarification of key information regarding cash dividend for Kongsberg Gruppen ASA

KONGSBERG announced a share split on June 3, 2025. The company would like to
clarify that the additional dividend to be paid on October 23 will amount to NOK
2.40 per share following the completion of the share split. Prior to the split,
the approved additional dividend was NOK 12.00 per share.
Reference is also made to the stock exchange announcement regarding the share
split dated February 7, 2025, as well as the general meeting minutes announced
on May 7, 2025.
