Sandvika 8 August 2025 (OSE: NORCO): Reference is made to the stock exchange
announcement published by Norconsult ASA's ("Norconsult") on 6 August 2025
regarding the issuance of 7,051,587 new shares in Norconsult (the "Consideration
Shares") as partial consideration for the acquisition of the Aas-Jakobsen Group.
The share capital increase related to the issuance of the Consideration Shares
has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
Following the registration, Norconsult's new share capital is NOK 6,350,969.24,
divided into 317,548,462 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02.
